FINE ARTS COLLEGE FAIR

The 2025 Tri-County Fine Arts College Fair is on Monday, November 10th from 4-6pm at Ashland HS.  Please click here to see the confirmed college representatives.  All students that attend can enter to win a $100 gift card!

ACT AND COLLEGE CREDIT PLUS -

If your child is interested in participating in the College Credit Plus Program for the first time next school year, they will want to take the ACT on December 13th.  The deadline to register is November 7th at www.actstudent.org 

SCHAEFFLER STUDENT PARENT OPEN HOUSE

Schaeffler will be hosting their annual Student Parent Open House on November 13th from 5:00-8:00pm. This event is designed for high school students and their parents who want to learn more about their apprenticeship program, co-op opportunities, and direct hire positions in manufacturing.  Check out the flyer for more information.  


STUDENTS WALKING TO/FROM SCHOOL

Students who walk to school, please be aware of your surroundings crossing 585 in the mornings. With it being darker, cars traveling through our school zone in the morning may have trouble seeing you.

OHUDDLE FUNDRAISER 

This fundraiser is being provided by Miss Amy on behalf of OHuddle Inc.

Purchase a $50 Cupcake Card to "spread the sparkle" and make Mentorship sustainable.  This card benefits Green OHuddle Mentorship and the District SALT Fund.

SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING CLUB

Flyers have been hung around the school. Chrissy Danko is the advisor. You can sign up at the Snow Trail website with a 20% off discount code till December 1st


WALL OF FAME NOMINATIONS

Continuing the tradition- The Smithville Alumni Wall of Fame.

New members will be added to the display at the high school with pictures of graduates who have found extraordinary success in the world.  It will bring recognition to those graduates and will provide inspiration to current high school students. 

 

Nomination forms are available by clicking the link below or copies are available at the district office and high school office. Nomination will be accepted until December 20, 2025. 

*those nominated before but not chosen will again be considered this year with no new nomination form needed
