WCSCC VISITATION

All 10th grade students will be going to the Wayne County Schools Career Center on Monday, 11/24/25.  Field trip permission forms were signed in Final Forms at the beginning of the school year.  Students will have the opportunity to visit up to 3 different trades that they offer.  A pizza lunch will be provided to all students at no cost.  

Parents/students then have the opportunity to tour the facility during their open house on Thursday, 12/4 from 5:00-7:30pm.  Juniors interested in the RAMTEC program and seniors interested in their Adult Education Program are also encouraged to attend the open house.  Additional information can be found on their website.

OHUDDLE FUNDRAISER  This fundraiser is being provided by Miss Amy on behalf of OHuddle Inc. Purchase a $50 Cupcake Card to "spread the sparkle" and make Mentorship sustainable.  This card benefits Green OHuddle Mentorship and the District SALT Fund. SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING CLUB

Flyers have been hung around the school. Chrissy Danko is the advisor. You can sign up at the Snow Trail website with a 20% off discount code till December 1st

WALL OF FAME NOMINATIONS

Continuing the tradition- The Smithville Alumni Wall of Fame.

New members will be added to the display at the high school with pictures of graduates who have found extraordinary success in the world.  It will bring recognition to those graduates and will provide inspiration to current high school students. 

Nomination forms are available by clicking the link below or copies are available at the district office and high school office. Nomination will be accepted until December 20, 2025. 

*those nominated before but not chosen will again be considered this year with no new nomination form needed
